We are a premium housekeeping and property care company serving luxury residences and holiday homes across Dubai. We are looking for a Housekeeping Coordinator who is highly organized, quality-driven, and confident managing daily operations, teams, and client expectations.

This role is critical to service quality and requires someone who can multitask, follow systems, and enforce standards without hesitation.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Scheduling

  • Schedule daily housekeeping jobs and allocate teams efficiently
  • Track job progress and ensure all services are completed on time
  • Monitor team attendance, locations, and job status throughout the day

Quality Control

  • Conduct quality checks (photos/videos/reports)
  • Ensure all units meet Neatly’s cleaning and presentation standards
  • Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions

Client Management

  • Handle client complaints and service issues professionally and promptly
  • Maintain detailed client files and preference sheets
  • Coordinate special requests and VIP requirements

Training & Onboarding

  • Train all new housekeeping staff during onboarding
  • Conduct regular refresher training to maintain quality standards
  • Ensure staff follow SOPs, grooming, communication, and cleaning protocols

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain records for jobs, quality issues, complaints, and training
  • Report daily operational issues to management with solutions

Requirements

  • Experience in housekeeping coordination, hotel operations, or cleaning services
  • Strong scheduling and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Confident handling complaints and team performance issues
  • Attention to detail and strong quality mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams
