Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize assigned rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Change bed linens and prepare beds according to company standards (including proper folding, hospital corners, and pillow arrangement).
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
  • Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies.
  • Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing, as required.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to residents/guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, residential, or similar setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning and bed-making techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and handle cleaning equipment.
  • Professional, reliable, and trustworthy.
