Job Description :-The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the spa, reception area, and public area. The role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff while supporting the smooth daily operation of the spa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all spa treatment rooms, common areas, and reception area according to established hygiene standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest and staff restrooms, ensuring they are fully stocked with soap, tissue, paper towels, and other essential supplies.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect floors, furniture, fixtures, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety procedures.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and amenities as required.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used correctly and stored safely after use.
• Follow infection control, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks according to the cleaning schedule.
• Support the team in maintaining a professional, pleasant, and welcoming environment for all guests.
• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in a spa, hotel, clinic, or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
