Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning Duties: Perform thorough cleaning of dining areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other restaurant facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Waste Management: Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts to maintain a clean and environmentally friendly environment.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure that cleanliness standards are met throughout the restaurant.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, addressing any cleanliness concerns they may have.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting, is preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment as needed.
