This is a fantastic opportunity for those with passion about the Hospitality Industry and a natural ability to surprise and delight our guests. Key duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Cleaning guest rooms; including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors to the hotels high standards for guest arrivals
- Ensuring towels and linen are refilled, replaced and stored correctly
- Performing any basic maintenance, or report and coordinate major maintenance requirements
- Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes ensuring safe work practices are maintained
- Ensuring high standards of property presentation, hygiene and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for hospitality
- Good communication and time management skills with a friendly personality
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
