This is a fantastic opportunity for those with passion about the Hospitality Industry and a natural ability to surprise and delight our guests. Key duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Cleaning guest rooms; including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors to the hotels high standards for guest arrivals
  • Ensuring towels and linen are refilled, replaced and stored correctly
  • Performing any basic maintenance, or report and coordinate major maintenance requirements
  • Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes ensuring safe work practices are maintained
  • Ensuring high standards of property presentation, hygiene and cleanliness

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for hospitality
  • Good communication and time management skills with a friendly personality
  • Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
