Ideal Candidate:

• Highly creative and passionate about storytelling
• Skilled in crafting engaging social media content
• Understands real estate trends and buyer psychology
• Able to maintain strong engagement across multiple platforms
• Comfortable working on-site to capture authentic visuals, stories, and insights
• Previous experience in content creation or real estate marketing is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling written content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Ideate fresh and trend-driven concepts for reels, posts, and ads
• Visit project sites to gather content, footage, and inspiration
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams
• Ensure consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms
