The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all guestrooms. Housekeepers must demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail, trustworthiness, and dependability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly & efficiently clean all rooms, hallways & public areas as assigned
  • Communicate with staff as directed on the status of all cleaned room
  • Report any observed damage, unusual happenings and safety concerns to the Executive Housekeeper
  • Maintain an understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies
  • Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest question and/or concerns
  • Promptly report all maintenance concerns and follow up on repairs

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Servicing Guest Rooms daily & stocking cart with room supplies
  • Ability to bend, scrub, kneel, lift & be standing or walking during schedule shift
  • MUST be able to work occasional weekends and regular attendance is required
  • Experience preferred, but will train reliable individual with ability to do work
