Job Summary
Reporting to the Lodging Manager– Housekeeping Room Attendant will provide a friendly, efficient “service beyond” professional demeanor to our service team and guests alike in all areas of the Eagle Ranch Resort.
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant you will be responsible for cleaning luxury cabins, hotel rooms clubhouse/office and common areas. These daily services will be your responsibility to give our guests and staff the best first impression of our resort and of accommodations. You will acquire the ability to clean guest rooms and common areas in accordance with our quality standards and established timelines.
Essential Functions:
- To clean in accordance with the standards put forward in training of quality and meet pre-determined timelines for departure cleans, deep cleans and mid-stays.
- To clean and maintain cabins, hotel rooms, common areas on resort and the clubhouse/office areas to the highest quality and to complete scheduled tasks on time
- To confidently adapt from working in a team environment to working independently
- Assist with all other housekeeping services as needed and keep a good line of communication
- Deliver the best possible guest and employee experience each and every time
- Participate in all Occupational Health and Safety standards set for the department
