Full job description
We are hiring Housekeeping Attendants for our 63-room Hampton Inn property and sister motels. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Hampton Inn by Hilton standards. Immediate start available.
Primary Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms daily, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces
- Restock linens, towels, and guest amenities
- Follow established cleaning checklists and brand standards
- Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned carts, storage areas, and equipment
- Complete rooms efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Job Requirements
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred (hotel experience a plus); training provided
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday required) and holidays
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push carts for extended periods
- Ability to work independently and meet daily productivity goals
Schedule & Pay
- Shift: Morning shift, starting at 9:00 AM
- Schedule: Weekends and holidays required; on-call availability may be needed
- Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
- Pay: $12.77 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Additional Compensation: Tips, hotel discounts
