Job Overview: Housekeeping Attendant – Holiday Inn Express

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendantto join our team at Holiday Inn Express. This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred to support effective communication with guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas in accordance with brand standards
• Make beds, change linens, and restock room amenities
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed
• Respond politely and promptly to guest requests to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced hotel environment
• Primarily weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday); holidays required as needed
• Uniforms and cleaning supplies provided
