Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and laundry facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques.
• Handle dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Ensure all laundry equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
• Follow established procedures for cleanliness and safety standards within the hotel environment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.

Skills

• Proficiency in laundering techniques, including knowledge of fabric care labels and stain removal methods.
• Experience in cleaning procedures specific to hotel environments is preferred.
