Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques.
  • Handle dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
  • Ensure all laundry equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
  • Follow established procedures for cleanliness and safety standards within the hotel environment.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.

Skills

  • Proficiency in laundering techniques, including knowledge of fabric care labels and stain removal methods.
