Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency
• Maintain floor care routines including carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and buffing to preserve flooring quality
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to uphold health standards across all areas
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and addressing concerns professionally
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as upholstery cleaning or deep cleans in accordance with established procedures

Experience

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments
• Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and janitorial best practices
• Experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities
• Previous roles involving housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff are a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests or residents
• Prior experience in hotel settings or with specialized cleaning equipment is highly desirable
