Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including hotels, residential homes, and other facilities. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are sanitized, organized, and welcoming for guests and residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
• Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Carry out carpet cleaning tasks as needed to maintain the appearance of all carpets.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
• Sanitate bathrooms and kitchens to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Manage housekeeping supplies efficiently, reporting any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Assist in housekeeping management tasks as required, including training new staff members.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning is preferred.
• Familiarity with custodial duties and floor care techniques is a plus.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
