YOUR ROLE AS A HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

This is a full-time, 1st shift position, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

In this role, you will help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our community’s shared spaces. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and amenity spaces
• Sanitizing public restrooms, conference rooms, and shared facilities
• Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and general upkeep
• Trash removal and restocking supplies as needed
• Cleaning high-touch areas such as railings and frequently used surfaces
• Supporting deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., furniture moving, detailed cleaning)
