Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in housekeeping or laundry services, particularly within a hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques and equipment.
• Handle dry cleaning processes as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to management.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and common areas.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in all work areas.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and laundry processes including dry cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed promptly.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
