Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping staff to join our hospital team in Savannah, GA. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Ideal candidates take pride in their work and understand the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

– Clean and sanitize patient rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas

– Disinfect high-touch surfaces following hospital protocols

– Empty trash and replace liners

– Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper

– Follow infection control and safety guidelines

– Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely

– Respond promptly to cleaning requests and emergencies

– Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with patients and staff

Qualifications:

– Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (not required)

– Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

– Strong attention to detail

– Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

– Reliable transportation and punctuality

– Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
