Duties

• Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Launder linens, towels, and other fabrics as needed, ensuring they are fresh and presentable.
• Perform custodial duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and carpet cleaning.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
