• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies
• Maintain spotless floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care procedures
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction
• Follow established safety protocols during cleaning processes and handle cleaning equipment responsibly
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold quality standards
• Adhere to sanitation regulations and health standards consistently across all areas
• Assist with additional janitorial tasks or special cleaning projects as needed to support overall facility cleanliness

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles with a focus on hospitality or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, and waxing floors
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards is highly desirable
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, buffers, extractors, and steam cleaners effectively
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly
