Duties

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to ensure guest needs are met promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors
• Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing as needed
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment
• Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for various surfaces and floors
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks to promote a hygienic environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality-related roles is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning
• Previous hotel or industrial cleaning experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with professional cleaning standards
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality service delivery in custodial tasks
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts comfortably
