Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Back of Housekeeper with a strong catering background to support our kitchen and catering operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in catering kitchens, bulk food operations, and event support, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth BOH operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, storage, and back-of-house areas
• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and catering tools
• Support kitchen team during bulk production and catering events
• Ensure proper waste management as per hygiene standards
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen and catering supplies
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
• Ensure BOH areas are prepared before and after catering events
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth catering service
