About the Job
We’re hiring dependable Housekeepers / Cleaning Staff for homeless shelters in the Los Angeles area. These are temporary positions with the potential to become full-time permanent roles. Great opportunity for reliable, motivated individuals looking for steady weekday work!

Responsibilities:
– Performs cleaning duties to maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment.

– Responsibilities include dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning walls, baseboards, tubs, toilets, and windows; disinfecting high-touch surfaces; cleaning restrooms; removing trash; restocking supplies; and ensuring all tasks are completed in compliance with company policies and safety standards.

– Must wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, including gloves, masks, biohazard suits, and other protective gear.

Requirements:
– Experience in housekeeping or cleaning (hotel/motel experience a plus)
– Reliable, on time, and detail-oriented
– Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
– Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
– Clean background

Physical Demands:

• Stand, walk, lift/carry, push, bend, kneel, reach, handle objects, see, and use hands, fingers, and wrist dexterity frequently during an 8-hour shift.
• Frequent use of hands, fingers, wrists, and shoulders, performing repetitive motions.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift moderate loads (up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to push carts that may weigh up to 60 pounds, including laundry carts as needed.
• Ability to go up and down stairs as required.
• Tolerance for frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and strong odors.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (restrooms, small areas).
• Ability to operate manual and powered cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet assigned time requirements.

Pago: $18 por hora

Responsabilidades:
– Realizar tareas de limpieza para mantener un ambiente limpio, higiénico y seguro.

– Las responsabilidades incluyen desempolvar, barrer, trapear, limpiar paredes, zócalos, bañeras, inodoros y ventanas, desinfectar superficies de alto contacto, limpiar baños, retirar la basura y reponer suministros, en cumplimiento con las políticas de la empresa y las normas de seguridad.

-Debe usar el equipo de protección personal (EPP) adecuado según sea necesario, incluyendo guantes, mascarillas, trajes de biohazard y otro equipo de protección.

Requisitos
– Experiencia en limpieza o housekeeping (experiencia en hotel/motel es una ventaja)
– Persona puntual, confiable y con atención al detalle
