Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and high standards of cleanliness.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
• Ensure all areas are well-maintained and presentable, adhering to established cleanliness standards.
• Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage but not mandatory.
