Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, resident kitchens, and common areas by replenishing supplies and ensuring hygiene standards are met
• Care for floors by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve their appearance and safety
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly
• Follow established cleaning procedures using industrial cleaning equipment and janitorial supplies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Tracking supplies and requesting replenishments when necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work; facility experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while managing multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively
• Prior housekeeping experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
