Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential, hospitality, and industrial settings. This position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Ensure all rooms, hallways, and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Manage custodial duties including restroom sanitation and replenishing supplies.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations and brand standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including inventory control of cleaning supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely as required by the job duties.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all work areas.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
