Duties

Prepare and serve breakfast items, ensuring food presentation meets quality standards
Set up and replenish breakfast buffet stations with fresh food and beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and guest spaces
Assist with light food preparation, including slicing, plating, and garnishing dishes
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Respond promptly to guest requests, providing friendly and attentive service
Perform housekeeping duties such as changing linens, cleaning guest rooms or common areas, and restocking supplies
Support catering or banquet setups as needed for special events or group bookings
Experience

Prior experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
Experience working in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Customer service skills that foster positive guest interactions
Serving or barista experience beneficial for understanding beverage preparation and presentation
Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food industry best practices
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
