Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and supplies to meet guest needs and expectations
• Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest comfort
• Adhere to all company policies regarding sanitation standards, security procedures, and confidentiality
• Assist with additional janitorial tasks or special cleaning projects as needed to support overall facility upkeep

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, and buffing for various flooring types
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies used in large-scale cleaning operations
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service and teamwork
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
