• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing or linens with care and efficiency.
• Maintain floor care routines including sweeping, buffing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to preserve flooring quality.
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage residential or commercial cleaning supplies inventory and restock as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling and coordinating cleaning activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments.
• Strong skills in cleaning techniques such as floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry handling.
• Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuums, mops, buffers, and disinfectants.
• Prior experience with custodial responsibilities or housekeeper management is a plus.
