Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and regular custodial tasks
• Ensure all areas meet sanitation standards by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and courteously
• Manage housekeeping supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial roles with a focus on sanitation and customer service
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and general custodial practices
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with residents or guests
• Experience with laundry services and commercial cleaning is preferred
• Previous housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required
