Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure optimal cleanliness.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote health and safety standards.
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory and report any maintenance or cleaning equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles; janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued.
• Skilled in various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry operations.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, safety procedures, and proper handling of chemicals.
• Prior experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required.
