Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Execute cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing to uphold hygiene standards.
• Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Maintain floor care by vacuuming carpets and rugs, sweeping and mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments for different surfaces.
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment for our guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues when necessary.

Experience

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning practices.
• Knowledge of floor care methods including carpet cleaning and floor polishing.
• Experience with laundry operations and sanitation procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
