Responsibilities
- Cleans guest rooms in accordance with established company, brand or hotel standards to allow a sufficient quantity of vacant and clean rooms.
- Responds to the needs of guests and coworkers in a friendly, positive manner.
- Within guidelines established by the hotel or management company, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for the property.
- Responsible for carrying out special requests from guests in a timely manner, such as extra towels, replacing faulty equipment, etc.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
