Full job description

The piece-rate per unit Housekeeper is responsible for thoroughly cleaning assigned Edgewater units and is paid per unit completed. Duties include emptying trash; cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms; organizing and cleaning kitchen areas, appliances, cabinets, and floors; and maintaining dining and living areas by dusting, wiping surfaces, checking furniture, and cleaning mirrors and accessories. Responsibilities also include cleaning patios, making beds, dusting all sleeping areas, checking for left‑behind items, and ensuring linens and blankets are clean. Final tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, setting the thermostat, reporting maintenance issues, turning off lights, and securing the unit upon exit. Pay is based on a per unit bases. Daily earnings depend on type of units and the numebr an individual can sussefuly clean in one day.
