Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure they are spotless and safe
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests
• Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to promote a healthy environment
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently to maximize productivity
• Support additional hospitality or janitorial tasks as needed to enhance overall cleanliness and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments such as hotels or residential facilities
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and carpet cleaning
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
• Previous experience in housekeeping is a plus but not required
