Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by cleaning fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
• Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve their appearance and safety
• Restock linens, toiletries, and other supplies to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency
• Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while delivering consistent quality service

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within hospitality or industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment maintenance
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly
• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial management is highly desirable
