Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our dynamic hospitality team! Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure top cleanliness standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate tools and environmentally friendly products for optimal results.
• Support hotel management with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold our high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care—carpet cleaning, mopping, polishing—and use of cleaning equipment.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning supplies and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required by the hospitality schedule.
• Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in supervisory roles.
