Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces regularly.
• Care for floors through proper sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning techniques to keep all surfaces looking fresh and inviting.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are consistently met.
• Follow established safety and sanitation procedures diligently to promote a healthy environment for guests and staff alike.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold quality standards.
• Adhere to all hotel policies regarding security and confidentiality while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.
