● 19 years of age or older.

● Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

● Conversational English (spoken & written).

● Valid driver’s license, reliable (insured) vehicle, and willingness to drive in all seasons.

● Live within 20 miles of US 36 & Sheridan (Westminster, CO).

● Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks (bending, kneeling, scrubbing, pushing, pulling, vacuuming, etc.

● Smartphone with reliable service, GPS, and app capability.

The Work

● Residential and occasional commercial cleaning.

● Mostly solo cleaning, with some team jobs.

● Service area includes Arvada, Thornton, Broomfield, Westminster, Denver, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood & Golden.

● Follow our Perfect Maintenance Cleaning system for consistency and quality.

● Provide outstanding service that earns positive client feedback and tips.

Pay

$24.50–$29.50/hour based on performance.
