Position Overview:
At Hampton by Hilton, our Housekeepers/Room Attendants help create the clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience our guests expect. This position is an important part of the hotel team and plays a big role in overall guest satisfaction. The job is active and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude. No experience? That’s okay, we’re happy to train the right person who is motivated and ready to work.
What You’ll Do:
Clean and refresh guest rooms to Hampton standards
Make beds, replace linens, and restock towels and guest supplies
Clean bathrooms, vacuum floors, dust surfaces, and remove trash
Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
Make sure rooms are clean, organized, and ready for arriving guests
Follow safety procedures and proper use of cleaning products
Keep housekeeping carts, closets, and work areas organized
Be friendly and helpful when interacting with guests and teammates
What We’re Looking For:
Hotel or housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a busy environment and stay on task
Strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the shift
Positive attitude and willingness to help guests when needed
