Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with floor care tasks as needed, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
• Provide excellent hospitality by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A commitment to providing exceptional hospitality in every interaction.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
