Duties

  • Manage all front desk operations during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with professionalism and warmth
  • Conduct nightly financial audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and accounting records
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain hotel security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property
  • Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and any maintenance or safety concerns for management review
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems, processing payments, and managing multi-line phone systems using proper phone etiquette
  • Support guest relations by addressing special requests or concerns with a friendly attitude, fostering positive guest experiences throughout their stay

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with night audit responsibilities
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems; familiarity with resort or hotel environments is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to handle diverse guest interactions confidently
  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in guest services, front desk operations, or hotel experience is preferred
  • Multilingual capabilities enhance communication with international guests and improve overall guest satisfaction
