- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, billing, and reservations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access points to safeguard guests and staff.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between overnight teams.
- Assist guests with special requests or concerns, providing personalized guest services that enhance their stay experience.
- Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent customer service skills, fostering positive guest relations, and ensuring hotel policies are followed consistently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on night audit functions.
