Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins and check-outs
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV footage and conducting safety checks around the property
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review
- Assist with guest relations by addressing special requests and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
Experience preferred, but willing to train
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a courteous manner
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with international guests
- Familiarity with front desk procedures, hotel management software, and night audit processes
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of hotel security procedures and guest relations best practices
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality
