Duties
- Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies efficiently
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent guest communication
- Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks to ensure hotel security standards are maintained
- Assist guests with late-night requests, complaints, or special needs to foster guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues promptly and effectively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest inquiries professionally
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail
- Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is highly desirable
