We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at a premier hotel or resort. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while managing financial transactions and reports. This position requires a blend of hospitality skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in hotel management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing outstanding customer service to guests.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and hospitality skills.
  • Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including handling phone systems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout their stay.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hotel management or as a Night Auditor is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Strong customer service background with an emphasis on guest services and front desk operations.
  • Familiarity with hospitality software and phone systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
