Duties

• Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial transactions
• Monitor security systems and perform safety checks throughout the property during overnight hours
• Greet and assist guests with late check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
• Manage front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, guest registration, and room assignments
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude to enhance guest satisfaction
• Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues promptly
