Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between our guests and the hotel’s operational excellence during overnight hours. This energetic role combines guest relations, administrative duties, and hotel management responsibilities to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors. As the Night Auditor, you will oversee nightly financial reconciliations, handle guest inquiries with enthusiasm, and maintain the smooth functioning of front desk operations while providing top-tier customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Conduct nightly audit procedures to reconcile accounts, verify transactions, and prepare financial reports
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information and support
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and foster positive relations
• Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and controlling access to the hotel premises during overnight hours
• Update reservation records, process payments accurately, and ensure all guest information is properly documented
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or special requests efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles and experience in overnight shift working hours.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a hospitality setting
• Knowledge of hotel management software and accounting procedures related to night audits
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail
• Must be dependable, punctual and have reliable transporation.
