Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, handling various front desk responsibilities while conducting nightly audits. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest services.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and assist guests promptly.
- Prepare daily reports for management, summarizing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations throughout the night.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in night audit procedures and financial reporting.
