We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during night shifts, providing exceptional customer service to guests while performing essential auditing tasks. This position requires a blend of hospitality management skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, during the night shift.
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist with guest relations, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel.
Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics.
Experience
Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.
Familiarity with night audit procedures is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
Proficiency in using front desk software and multi-line phone systems is beneficial.
