Duties

  • House Keeping attendent required
  • mobility is the must priority should have it and should speak write and understand english.
  • Manage front desk operations efficiently, including reservations, guest inquiries, and room assignments
  • Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel management protocols
  • Support night audit processes by reconciling accounts and preparing daily financial reports to ensure operational accuracy
  • Uphold guest relations by fostering a welcoming environment and responding professionally to guest needs in multiple languages if applicable
  • Assist with hotel management tasks such as coordinating housekeeping requests and managing guest amenities

Qualifications

  • experience is required minimum 1 year for all positions
  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with a strong background in customer service and front desk duties
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions and support diverse clientele
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle guest inquiries effectively
  • Prior experience with night audit procedures or resort operations is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in guest services and administrative tasks
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
