Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer to include: Carryout preventive maintenance program to ensure facility is maintained and in service for our guests (example: lighting, refrigeration, heating, air-conditioning, water treatment systems and pools). Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on energy management, preventive maintenance and capital planning. Lead hotel renovations and other projects and ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
• Mechanical Knowledge: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Stationary Engineer’s License (Preferred)
• EPA Universal Certification (Preferred)
• EPA Refrigerant Certification (Preferred)
